The Albany Firebirds are ready to ignite the 2025 season as they prepare for their inaugural year in the newly formed Arena Football One (AF1). With an exciting lineup of games, fans can expect intense action both at home and on the road.

The season kicks off on March 14, with the Firebirds traveling to Florida to take on the Orlando Predators. Albany’s home opener is set for March 21, when they host the Southwest Kansas Storm at the MVP Arena.

Key matchups include three showdowns with the Nashville Kats, including a home game on May 9-12, and a heated rivalry brewing with the Wilkes-Barre Mavericks, with games scheduled both home and away. Fans won’t want to miss the home finale against the Mavericks on June 14.
