Terms and Conditions
1. I will hold the Promotion Sponsor(s) and IP GROUP harmless and release the Promotion Sponsor(s) and IP GROUP from any and all liability for health-related injuries of any kind resulting from this promotion.
2. I was a randomly selected contestant and was not required to provide any payment or consideration in order to participate in this promotion.
3. I have not previously participated in this promotion.
4. I am not allowed any practice, warm-up, or qualifying kicks at any time after my notification of participation in the promotion until the actual prize attempt(s).
5. I am not allowed to use a tee of any sort which elevates the ball above the playing surface and I must have a holder to keep the ball upright and one end of the ball must be touching the ground prior to the kick.
6. In order to qualify for the grand prize, contestant(s) must successfully kick a regulation football over the crossbar and through the uprights. The contestant(s) must kick from a distance to the goal post no less than thirty-eight (38) yards from the kick location to the goal post. The contestant may only have one kick and must make their first attempt in order to be reimbursed for the prize. No form of tee or other artificial means of elevating the ball above the playing surface may be used in this promotion. The contestant(s) must have a holder to keep the ball upright and one end of the ball must be touching the ground prior to the kick.
7. No part of my body or clothing may come in contact with the demarcation lines prior to releasing the ball. Any such contact shall constitute a foul and the shot will be considered to be taken and missed.
